Booking Policy: A minimum advance of Rs. 200 is mandatory for booking as confirmation fee. The remaining amount can be paid cash to the driver.

 

Refund Policy:

- Booking amount of Rs. 200 is non-re-fundable.

- No refund is applicable when the start of trip is less than 24 hours from the time of cancellation.

- Free cancellations before 24 hours of the start of the trip.
